Qualifications:

Active state license in California

Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus, but not required

Do I need my own liability insurance?Yes, all therapists must carry their own professional liability insurance.

What are the expected working hours?You have full control over your schedule. Work as much or as little as you’d like!

How does payment work?Therapists are paid per session on a bi-weekly schedule.

Can I work with PTS On Demand while having another job?Yes! Our independent contractor model allows you to work with other practices or facilities.

What HIPAA training is required?All therapists must complete HIPAA compliance training to ensure the highest level of patient confidentiality. The system we use is also HIPPA compliant.
