Q: Do I need an order from the doctor?
We do not need an order from your doctor for your first onsite visit. However, we would need to obtain a medical history and may require an order from your doctor for future visits (We can help you with that)
Q: Is this an insurance-covered service?
While we are medi-cal pending, PTS on Demand is a private service, and each client is billed per visit. Insurance, including HMOs, may only cover short-term therapy. PTS on Demand has created a Membership Only plan, which can be available at a discount.
Q: How do I make an appointment?

Q: Can I get the same therapist to come to my house?
While we try our best to match you with the therapist of your choice, the therapist may vary. Rest assured, our therapists are licensed, bonded, and insured and are ready to help you achieve your maximum potential.
